JohnParkesPhotography is a website devoted to images of walls and posts found in several different countries, including Canada, the United States, and most recently Mexico.

I look for walls and telephone poles covered in handbills, ads, and posters -- the more multi-layered, ripped and torn -- the better.

My eye sees 'found art' -- accidental, unplanned collages, The images on this site are almost exclusively one shot with very little Photoshop editing, beyond cropping, sharpening, and occasionally saturating colors that have been washed out by "atmospheric developing" by sun, wind and rain.
